At the dinner table on the 4th day of school:
Meg: Mom guess what I did today!?
Me: Tell me Meg
Meg: I was being chased by this boy at recess and I didn't want him to chase me. So I stopped him and said "come here . . . I have a secret to tell you . . . I've killed a boy before!" Then the boy ran away screaming!!!!
She was so excited & proud of herself to tell me this break through. We couldn't help laughing and thinking 'where on earth did that come from.' We later had to explain that she could get in serious trouble at school for saying things like that.
I'm afraid we have not heard the end of Meg's experiences at school, praying that none of it gets her in trouble!!!

That is SOOO funny! She sounds so much like how I was in elementary. Except I kicked the boys in their privates! I worry sometimes that I might have damaged this one boys chance at creating life!! Now I have a son who chases girls at school, and I hope none of them kick him in the private!
That is so funny! How did she think of that one? We can only wonder what really goes on all day at school.
